- 1997-2005 DS Gas Club Cars make up our primary 120-car fleet. Reliable cars enhance the image of your course!
- Canopy Tops are on our primary fleet. Your players will enjoy shade and protection from the sun.
Classic Caddy is proud of our 8-year history with Southern Saskatchewan golf courses. We provide nothing but the best golf cars, utility vehicles, service and value in the area. We sincerely hope you will agree!
Rental vehicles, pricing and policies are outlined below.
Our 8 years of experience has taught us that the golf tournament business is filled with last minute changes and cancellations. When those changes occur, we are often able to help customers on the same morning that they call. Our vehicles are rented on a first come, first serve basis so call early to ensure availability.
Need special vehicles?
We are proud to provide the largest rental fleet of 4, 6 or 8 Passenger Vehicles, Beverage Units, Utility Vehicles and Ambulance.Fleet Rental Information (Golf course use only).
Lead Time:
Classic Caddy supplies carts to many tournaments and it is important to book your rentals as early as possible. We ask that you place your order at least 7 days in advance. We cannot guarantee last minute rentals as our availability is often very limited.
First Come - First Serve:
Our fleet is reserved on a first come - first serve basis so request your fleet needs as soon as possible. Once your dates have been reserved, we will confirm your final rental numbers four (4) days prior to your event. In the event we cannot help you, we will do our best to refer other providers in the area in assist you with your needs.
Cancellations & Changes:
We realize that cancellations and changes do happen and we want to be fair when they do. If the vehicles are confirmed, and the event is cancelled within four days of the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental will be charged. After an order is placed, you will recieve a confirmation call four days prior to your event, changing the number of rental units is only allowed up to the day you recieve your comfirmation call. Be sure to contact us regarding the event as soon as details change. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Rain out Policy:
No one can control the weather, so in case of a weather related event cancellation, please notify us within 24 hours of the event to secure the 50% rainout fee credit. If the cars have been used but the event is shortened, the full rental price will apply.
Lost Key Fee:
Keys will be provided for all rental units upon delivery. A $3 fee per key plus mailing charge will apply to any lost keys.
Damage or Stolen Vehicles:
Once you take delivery of the vehicles you are responsible for damage, vandalism and theft. We expect normal wear and tear but if damage beyond that occurs, we will do our best to treat you fairly. Please notify us immediately at 1-306-691-0930.
Rental Return Condition:
We strive to deliver our vehicles in excellent rental condition, we understand your rental may cause the carts to become soiled. We request that the carts be returned reasonably clean and trash free. If signs or decorations will be used for your rental, please attach with clear scotch tape so the risk of damage upon removal is minimal. We reserve the right to charge for extra time needed to remove excess decorations and/or tape.
